PRODUCTION,  State of the Art facility!

We start our production process  as soon as the raw materials enter our factory. Of course first of all temperature inspections will take place and thanks to the most advanced water coolers and icing machines we keep the temperature at the requested level. Via fixed production processes we select, fillet, freeze and package by using the most modern techniques, in which we leave space for specific wishes of our clients. So you definitely have a say into selection, size, way of freezing, glazing and packaging.

In short, we can be your most flexible partner without ever losing sight of the high quality level.

Langoustines

The production process of our Langoustines starts in the auction already; where our buyers only select those Langoustines of the highest quality

As soon as the Langoustines enter our factory, an accurate inspection takes place by on of our quality managers.

After this quality check, the Langoustines are cleaned, sorted and packed. Then they’re frozen by our Cryoline Nitrogen freezer at a temperature between -115 ˚C and -125˚C, whereafter the Langoustines are glazed directly. Finally the Langoustines are sealed and packed. The storage temperature is being maintained continuously at -20˚C.

Thanks to our ongoing checks, all production activities are being monitored non stop. That’s why we can fully guarantee a top quality product!
